What does “ full-service catering “ mean?

We ensure your event is staffed by trained and tenured staff who handles full set-up, breakdown and production of your wedding event. We’ve also designed our operations to meet a wide range of styles, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations featuring buffets, plated and coursed dinners or family-style service. We love all types of event service but specialize in elevated plated-meal service in particular and believe our offering is cut above the rest.

For couples with a clear creative direction—our team provides the culinary and logistical structure to bring that vision to life. We proudly serve a range of menus inspired by all different types of cuisines such as our farm-to-table plated dinner service, to fajita party bar, to family-style Korean bulgogi and passed hors’ d'oeuvres like our Argentine beef skewers (a team favorite). Our custom menu planning can truly be tailored to complement the setting and style of any wedding vision or event theme.

We’re happy to help with event design, end-to-end planning and month-of coordination. We have key relationships with great venues, vendors and event industry experts that we’ll gladly help guide couples through as they plan their wedding day.

For more formal wedding designs, incorporating refined serviceware, specialty linens, structured floral elements, and multi-course dinner menus– we’ve been there too (you learn a lot in 50 years).
