Our custom proposals are detailed and comprehensive. We’ll present a selection of menu options and include beverages, staffing, and china & glassware rentals to give you a clear, complete picture of the scope and cost from the start.

If you’re simply looking for a pricing estimate, we’ll be happy to send you a sample proposal that isn’t tailored to you but can showcase our work and give you a directional sense of pricing. We want to work efficiently within your budget, so please share your target range—even an approximate number helps us guide you more effectively.

Our proposals typically include food, non-alcoholic beverages, staffing, rentals & a coordination charge, and typically run between $75-$200 per guest depending on what we provide. We don’t hold a liquor license, but are happy to provide bartending staff if that’s what you’re after– just let us know. We do make a mean mocktail though!
